Since 1992 when Sam began working for technology mogul and Microsoft Co-Founder, Paul Allen at Asymetrix, Sam has surrounded and placed himself amongst some of the brightest minds of our time. Having worked for, consulted with, or spent time with the likes of, Bill Gates, Jeff Raikes, Marc Andreessen, and other industry powerhouses, Sam knows what success feels like in a company and brings the passion of that culture with him. Building countless IT projects and producing/hosting several television shows, his experience is truly diverse and worldly. He is a true leader and gifted communicator whom people respect and follow.

Technology enthusiast turned expert, Joe Read began programming at the mature age of seven and by the time he turned 18 had spearheaded his own web development company. Since 2000 he has written advanced software for some of the largest marketing companies to date. At Intel he operated several ISP's, in addition to a web analytics company (now Google owned). His talent paired with fast-paced experience earned him the chops to launch SMASH into the technological future.
